چکیده
Regenerative endodontics is a new concept for the management of permanent immature teeth with necrotic pulps. This procedure enables to replace damaged dentine and pulp-dentin complex within root structure healthy tissue. Firstly, elimination clinical symptoms infection then, thickening canal walls continuing maturation finally filled host’s own vital tissue are main goals regenerative endodontics. However, apexification another solution associated traditional treatment pulp development. It involves removal infected from wide funnel shape in teeth. The purpose this article review conjunction case.

Regeneration and Repair in Endodontics—A Special Issue of the Regenerative Endodontics—A New Era in Clinical Endodontics
Caries is the most common cause of pulp-periapical disease. When the pulp tissue involved in caries becomes irreversibly inflamed and progresses to necrosis, the treatment option is root canal therapy because the infected or non-infected necrotic pulp tissue in the root canal system is not accessible to the host's innate and adaptive immune defense mechanisms and antimicrobial agents. Therefore...

Endodontics (Endodontology) is that branch of dentistry that deals with the morphology, physiology, and pathology of the human dental pulp and tooth-supporting peri-radicular tissues. Management of diseases of these tissues clinically and technically is often quite challenging due to the highly diverse anatomical nature of the pulpal space, and the ability of root canal procedures to remove the...

متن کاملRetreatment or radiographic monitoring in endodontics.
UNLABELLED The aim of this clinical study was to assess 1032 endodontically treated roots in relation to: (i) the success rate of retreatment (612 roots)--only cases that had recall examinations of 6 months or longer were evaluated; (ii) the influence of various factors on the technical and clinical results of the retreatment; and (iii) the consequences of radiographic monitoring of 420 asympto...
متن کاملStem Cells in Regenerative Endodontics
Background Currently, clinical endodontics includes procedures that are based on the ability of stem cells to accomplish repair (eg, direct pulp capping, apexogenesis, apexification, and even pulpal regeneration). An attempt is made to critically assess the current status in pulp regeneration therapy. Methods: Systematically, 2 distinctly different strategies exist involving stem cells for t...
